Shipping policy

This policy describes LIVOMOVE shipping to the United States in USD. Orders ship primarily from China; our US return address is not a US shipping warehouse.

Processing and delivery

After payment confirmation, processing takes 3–5 business days. Standard transit takes 10–20 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 13–25 business days after payment confirmation. Express transit takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 8–15 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping costs US$8 for orders below US$70 and is free for orders of US$70 or more. Express shipping costs US$15, with no automatic free express shipping threshold. The applicable service and charges are shown before payment.

Duties and taxes

Import duties and customs clearance charges are included in the product price or shipping charge and are paid by LIVOMOVE; customers are not charged these separately. Sales tax is separate from import duties and clearance charges and is shown at checkout where applicable.

Tracking and exceptions

We provide tracking when a tracking number is available. Carrier updates may take 24–72 hours after dispatch. Orders may ship in separate packages. Heavy or oversized goods, restricted batteries, customized or preorder items, remote locations, islands, PO Boxes and military addresses may require special arrangements. Confirm available services, charges and timing with us before payment.

If we cannot fulfill an order as expected, we will explain the delay and revised estimated timing and offer appropriate cancellation and refund arrangements. We do not add undisclosed shipping charges after payment. Rates above apply only to the United States; other destinations require separately confirmed terms.
